Post Name: Senior Vice President (Product Management)

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation/ B.S /B.E / B. Tech. in Computer Science or Equivalent

• MBA or equivalent qualification would be preferable Industry certifications in Service Oriented Architecture and Database Design Preferable Qualification can be relaxed in case of experienced candidates

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 22+ Years experience in Software Project Management / Enterprise-Wide systems integration / implementation projects

• Minimum 10+ years Experience of implementing multiple IT solutions in e-Governance domain on a Pan India basis

• Experience of Enterprise IT system in BFSI domain is preferable

• Knowledge of various policy initiatives undertaken as part of Digital India Programme, including provisions of IT Act pertaining to Digital India offerings.

• Knowledge of Open API ecosystem consisting of Identity, paperless, eConsent framework

• Knowledge of India Stack ecosystem and regulatory regime around it

Post Name: Vice President (Product Engineering)

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation/B.E / B. Tech. AND

• MBA or equivalent qualification from Tier-I management institute

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• 18+ Years experience in Software Development/ Enterprise-Wide systems integration / implementation projects

• Minimum 10+ years experience of implementing multiple IT solutions in e-Governance domain on India scale

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large scale product management and development

• Experience of enterprise IT systems in BFSI domain is preferable

• Hands on knowledge of latest technologies such as NodeJS, React JS, REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices architecture, Service Mesh, Event Driven Design, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cloud Computing (experience of AWS, Azure etc.) etc. would be preferable

• Knowledge of various policy initiatives undertaken as part of Digital India Programme, including provisions of IT Act pertaining to Digital India offerings.

• Knowledge of Open API ecosystem consisting of Identity, paperless, eConsent framework, oAuth.

Post Name: General Manager (Product Engineering)

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation/B.E / B. Tech.

• Qualification can be relaxed in case of experienced candidates

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• 13+ Years experience in Software Development/ Enterprise-Wide systems integration / implementation projects

• Minimum 7+ years Experience of implementing multiple IT solutions in e-Governance domain on India scale

• Experience of enterprise IT systems in BFSI domain is preferable

• Hands on knowledge of latest technologies such as NodeJS/PHP/Java, REST APIs, Redis, Microservices architecture, Kafka/RabbitMQ,, Cloud Computing (experience of AWS, Azure etc.) etc. would be preferable
