ICAR Indian Institute of Millets Research invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post:

Post Name: Research Manager (Business Marketing & Branding)

Essential Qualification: Ph.D in Business management or Master’s degree in the Agribusiness management/ MBA from reputed institutions with exp in food processing or Agrl. Business Management/ MBA-Branding & Advertisement/ Masters in Agricultural Economics, and allied fields

Desirable Qualification:

  1. Experience in branding and digital marketing.

  2. Experience in FMCG/ Food Sector, basic knowledge in cereals processing machinery, postharvest machinery, primary processing machinery, also able to handle incubation, startups, ability to analyze data and documentation skills.

  3. Proficiency in English, and sufficient knowledge in MS-Office and computer usage

  4. Willing to travel for field visits

Essential Work Experience: 2 years experience in relevant field

Post Name: Senior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

  1. Masters degree in the Food process engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Agricultural and Process Engineering/ Food Technology/ Food Sciences and Nutrition/ Food Chemistry and allied fields

  2. Candidates having Post Graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Masters degree should have NET qualification and 2 years research experience.

Desirable Qualification:

  1. Experience in FMCG/ Food Sector, basic knowledge in cereals processing machinery, working knowledge on designing of machinery/ modification using software like Auto CAD/ solidworks postharvest machinery, primary processing machinery, also able to handle lab equipment, ability to analyze statistical data and documentation skills.

  2. Proficiency in English, and sufficient knowledge in MS-Office and computer usage.
