National Institute of Labour Economics Research and Development invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Joint Director (Finance)

Essential Qualification: 

• Graduate in Commerce from a recognized university or equivalent;

• Post Graduate degree in commerce/financial management OR MBA (Finance) OR SAS (Accountant) in an established Audit/Accounts organization of the Government,

• He/she should have knowledge of Central Government Rules relating to budget financial management and audit /accounts, besides good working experience in computerized maintenance of accounts, e-filling of TDS/GST returns, operating PFMS software for financial activities etc.

• Officers of the Central/State Govt./Universities/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertaking/Semi Government/Statutory or Autonomous Organizations:

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; or

(ii) Holding post with 5 years of regular service in pay level-11, or

(iii) Holding post with 8 years of regular service in pay level-10 or equivalent.

Essential Work Experience: A minimum 10 years (Post Graduate) experience in finance/accounts in Central/State Government/Universities/Recognized Research Institute/Semi Government/Statutory/Autonomous Organization/Bank/Financial Institutions or Public Sector Undertaking, of which at least 8 years should be in Pay Level-10 and above or equivalent: (for PSUs E-3 Grade and above)

Desirable: Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
