Essential Qualification: The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a recognized university/Institution with good academic record. MBA/PGDIM qualifications will have an added advantage

Essential Work Experience: The applicant should have at least 5 years cumulative experience/exposure during the last 10 years in Defence (Heavy & Medium Engineering) production Industry of repute
