Post Name: Full Time Advisor (Personnel)

Essential Qualification: Graduate with atleast two years full time post graduate degree/diploma/program in Management with specilization in HR/IR/Personnel Management from recognized Indian University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.

Essential Work Experience:

  1. Minimum 2 years in E-8 Grade in CIL or its subsidiaries, PSUs/autonomous organization or Central/State governments.

  2. Experience of 10-15 years in various Personnel functions of Coal Industry.

  3. Expertise in implementation of Personnel policies & guidelines in Coal Industry
