Essential Work Experience: Four years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisation and scientific activities and services.

Desirable: Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy/Physics from a recognized University or equivalent

Essential Qualification:

For Medicinal Chemistry:

Masters Degree in Pharmacy/Physics from a recognized University or equivalent.

For Bio-Technology:

(i) Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Bio- Technology from a recognized University or equivalent. OR

(ii) Master of Science degree in Bio-Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Essential Work Experience: Eight years experience in research and development in industrial and academic Institution or science and technology organizations or scientific activities and services, out of which four years shall be in science and technology programme, planning, development and co-operation.

Desirable:

• Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy/Physics from a recognized University or equivalent

• In case if Essential degree is as per (i) above, the desirable degree shall be Master of Engineering or Technology in Bio-Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.

• in case if Essential degree is as per (ii) above, the desirable degree shall be Doctorate Degree in Bio- Technology from a recognized Univesity or equivalent
