National Commission for Minorities invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Librarian and Information Assistant

Essential Qualification: Officer of the Central Government of State Governments or Union territory Administrations or public sector undertaking organisations

(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or 

(ii) six years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a

regular basis in Level - 5 in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) Possessing the following qualifications:

(i) Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or Institute; and 

(ii) Two years professional experience in a Library under Central Government or State Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organisation or public sector undertaking or University or recognised research institutions or educational institution.
