Indo Tibetan Border Police invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/ Absorption:

Post Name: Inspector (Accountant)

Essential Qualification:

For Deputation:

(A) (i) Inspector (Combatant Ministerial) in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix of Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force OR From amongst Sub-Inspector (Combatant Ministerial) of Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force in Level-6 (35400-112400) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade.

(ii) Officers from Central Government Ministries or Departments holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR Officers of the Central Government Ministries or Departments with five years regular service in Level 6 (35400-112400) in the pay matrix.

(iii) Departmental Assistants with five years regular service in Level 6 (35400- 112400) in the pay matrix AND

(B) Having successfully qualified Cash and Accounts Course conducted by the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management and possess minimum three years experience in cash, accounts and budget work;

(C) The Medical Category for above post is SHAPE-1. 

For Absorption :- The Inspector (Combatant Ministerial) of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force who has been selected for appointment on deputation basis, shall only be considered for absorption to the post of Inspector (Accountant). The eligibility criteria for absorption from Inspector (CM) to the rank of Inspector (Accountant) are as under:

i. One year of regular service as an Inspector (Accountant) on a deputation basis in ITBP.

ii. The willingness of an individual for absorption to the post of Inspector (Accountant) along with the recommendation of the concerned Head of Office.

iii. Medical Category SHAPE-1

iv. No DE/Vigilance case is pending or being contemplated certificate by H.O.O.

v. Integrity should be beyond doubt.

vi. No adverse remarks in APAR for the last 5 years.

vii. No major punishment during the last 5 (five) years and no minor punishment during the last 01 year.
