Sainik School Bhubaneswar invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post :

Post Name : TGT (Odia)

Essential Qualification :

(a) The candidate must have passed Class X standard in Modern Indian Language (MIL) Odia. OR The candidate not having Odia as a subject up to Class X standard must have qualified at the Single Subject Odia Examination up to High School standard conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Cuttack, Odisha.

(b) Odia as an Honours/Pass/Elective/Major/Special Subject at Graduation level with at least 50% marks from any recognised University.

(c) B Ed in Odia subject with 50% marks in aggregate from NCTE recognised institution.

(d) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Paper-2, conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

(e) Four years integrated degree course (B.A.B.Ed) with Odia language of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognised institution with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate

Desirable :

(a) Higher percentage of marks in higher qualification and experience of working in English Medium residential public Schools shall be considered for award of prescribed weightage.

(b) Achievements in NCC / Sports / Co & extracurricular activities, etc.

(c) Knowledge of Computer Applications.
