North Eastern Council Secretariat invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Director (Plan Evaluation and Monitoring)

Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Public Sector undertakings, recognised Research Institutions, Universities, Semi Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organisation:

• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

• With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of 10000-15200 (5th CPC) / PB-3 15600-39100 + Grade Pay 6600 (6th CPC) corresponding to Level 11 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Essential Qualification:

1. Masters Degree in Economics or Statistics or Computer applications or Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a recognised University or equivalent.

2. Possessing ten years, experience in Research or Investigation work and supervising research or investigation, analysis or data, examination of implications of economics policies.
