Post Name: Senior Manager (Security and Administration)

Essential Qualification: Full time Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised University/Institute.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) The person who have served in the Indian Armed Forces as Commissioned Officers not below the rank of Major and minimum experience of 5 years.

(ii) Preference will be given to the candidates worked at higher post and more number of years of experience.

(iii) Preference would be given to the candidates having experience of handling Law and Order situation, Fire fighting, Knowledge of Cyber Security and Operations and Procedure, Deployment of Personnel, Enquiry, Crown Control, rescue operations, Liaisoning and organising events etc in reputed Organisation/Armed Forces.

Post Name: Senior Manager (Human Resources and Labour Relation)

Essential Qualification: Full Time Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised University/Institute with Master of Business Administration in HR/Personnel Management/Personnel Management and International Relation or Degree from a recognised university with MSW or Bachelor Degree with 2 years PG Degree/PG Diploma/Institutional degree in HR/Personnel/Management/Personnel Management and International Relation/Labour Welfare.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience as Labour welfare Officer/HR and Personnel Management or similar in well established and reputed medium/large manufacturing organisation.

(ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having relevant higher qualification and experience in dealing with Labour/HR Policies, Public Relations in manufacturing organisations.
