National Institute of Technology Delhi invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission in Doctorate programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

Course name: Doctor of Philosophy

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates with a Masters degree in Engineering/Technology (CSE/IT/ECE/EE) or a Masters degree by Research in Engineering/Technology (CSE/IT/ECE/EE) with a good academic record. or

  • Candidates who have qualified for the award of four-year Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology (CSE/IT/ECE/EE) with a good academic record and valid GATE score in an eligible discipline. or

  • Candidates who have qualified for the award of four-year Bachelors or integrated Masters degree in Engineering/Technology/Sciences from a Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI) with a good academic record in the relevant discipline provided he/she has a minimum CGPA of 8 (7.5 for OBC- NCL and 7.0 for SC/ST/PwD) on a 10.0 point scale

Admission Details

National Institute of Technology Delhi invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in various programmes. The method of admission will be Course Admission and Fellowship. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number NITD/R&C/06/PhD/2023-24. The selection process will include an Interview process.
