Government Rehabilitation Institute For Intellectual Disabilities invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/Direct Recruitment:

Post Name: Principal

Essential Qualification:

• Masters Degree from a recognized University; and

• M.Ed in Special Education (Mental Retardation) from a Recognized Institution/ University by RCI

• Five years experience in the field of mental retardation from an RCI recognized Institution

Essential Qualification: For Deputation-

• Officers under Central Government /State Governments/ Union Territory Administrations / Public Sector Undertakings/Universities/ Recognised Research Institutions/ Semi Government or Autonomous Bodies/ Statutory Organizations:

• Holding Analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department ; OR

• With 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in PB-2, 9,300-34,800 with grade pay of 5,400 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department ; OR

• With 6 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in PB, 10,300-34,800/PB-2, 9300-34,800 with grade pay of 4,800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

Desirable: Ph.D. M.Phil in relevant subject.
