Punjab Agricultural University invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Project Scientist-I

Essential Qualification:

  • B. Sc. with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 or 60% marks.

  • M.Sc. in Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/ System Biology and Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology with at least 6.50/10.00 OCPA or 65% marks.

  • Ph.D. in Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ System Biology and Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology with minimum 6.50/10.00 OCPA or 65% marks.

Desirable: Experience of working in Bioinformatics/ Genomics/ Machine Learning/ Database Designing and good experience in Programming Language as evident from good quality publications in peer reviewed journals.
