Essential Qualification: Qualification obtained as Full-time Regular course from Institutions/ Colleges/ Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/UGC in anyone of the following:

(a) Graduate Degree in any discipline AND Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) OR

(b) 5 years Integrated LLB Degree.

Essential Work Experience: Candidates should have experience of working in any of the following areas:

(a) Handling litigation (Civil, Consumer and Criminal matters) before Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums

(b) Arbitration conciliation and other dispute resolution mechanisms,

(c) Drafting and vetting various legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters including issues pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters, etc
