Essential Qualification :
(1) Demonstrated effective leadership, decision making and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience of working with Government bodies/Sport Federations is advantageous
(2) Proficient in latest technology and training methodologies in sports
(3) Flexible working in a dynamic environment and conditions
Essential Work Experience :
(1) Cumulative experience of 15 years in Leadership/Sports Coaching/Sport Science roles
(2) Extensive experience of working in and leading high performance teams in Olympic/Paralympic sports. Proven track record of delivering Olympic medal winning performance environments is desired
