Application Summary
National Commission for Indian System of Medicine invites applications for the following post via Deputation:
Post Name: Member (Quality assurance/ public health/ law or patient advocacy)
Essential Qualification: A person of outstanding ability who has demonstrated public record of work on medical ethics or a person of outstanding ability possessing a postgraduate degree in any of the disciplines of quality assurance, public health, law or patient advocacy.
Essential Work Experience: Not less than 15 years of experience in the respective field out of which at least 7 years as leader in the area of specialty, or outstanding ability, with demonstrated public record of work on medical ethics.
Desirable:
(i) Must have proven high quality and effective communication skills at all levels
(ii) Must have demonstrable experience of ethical leadership with proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary stakeholders
(iii) Ability to build trusting relationships with peers and stakeholders and to act as an ambassador in India and across the globe.
(iv) Demonstrated ability to utilize resources effectively for maximum benefit to the society.
(v) Quality management in healthcare.
