  • Senior Medical Officer/ Senior Specialist who have completed 6 years service OR

  • Medical Officer who have completed total 11 years service in the cadre on the first day of the year of Recruitment as per the Uttar Pradesh Medical and Health Service (Sixth Amendment) Rules 2011.
