BCG Vaccine Laboratory Chennai invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Technical Supervisor

Essential Qualification:

1. holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department, or

2. with five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-4 (25500-81100/-) or equivalent; and

3. Bachelors degree in Microbiology or BioTechnology or Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry:

4. One year experience in manufacturing or testing of biological or pharmaceuticals Preferably in Compliance Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) environment

Post Name: Technician

Essential Qualification:

1. holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department, or

2. with five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level – 2, in the pay matrix (19900 – 63200) in the parent cadre or Department; and

3. 12th pass standard from a recognized board with a diploma in Refrigeration and Air – Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized Institute or University.

Desirable: Three years experience in the Industry manufacturing of pharmaceuticals/vaccines
