Goa University invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission in postgraduate programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

Course name: Master of Science

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent Degree.

  • Bachelor Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Electronics. Such candidates shall be provisionally admitted until successful completion of Bridge Courses recommended to the students on a case to case basis by the respective mentors assigned to them at the time of Admission to the Programme and approved by the Computer Science and Technology Discipline Council

  • Apart from the eligibility conditions mentioned above, a candidate has to qualify in the Entrance Test for M.Sc. in Artifical Intelligence and M.Sc. in Data Science

Admission Details

Goa University invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in various programmes. The method of admission will be Course Admission. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number GU/Acad-Admissions/2023-24/. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Castes, Unreserved, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and Ex-servicemen. The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Taleigao, Goa, India, 403001.

Goa University has decided to extend the date of Application window.The closing date of receipt of application has been extended till 27/06/2023 from earlier date 23/06/2023.The Admission Ranking Test shall be conducted in offline mode only, on 5th July 2023 at Goa University.
