CSIR Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post:

Post Name: Project Associate-I/II

Essential Qualification: 

  • MSc in any branch of agricultural science/MSc in Biological Sciences (Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Environmental Science/Microbiology/Plant Science) from a recognized University or equivalent.

  • MSc in any branch of agricultural science/MSc in Biological Sciences (Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Environmental Science/Microbiology/Plant Science) from a recognized University or equivalent.

  • MSc in any branch of chemistry or Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering/ Technology with GATE from a recognized University or equivalent.

  • MSc in any branch of chemistry or Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering/ Technology with GATE from a recognized University or equivalent.

Essential Work Experience: 2 years relevant experience in Research and Development in Industrial/Academic/ Research Institutions.

Desirable: 

  • Knowledge of medicinal, aromatic crops cultivation and quality planting material generation.

  • Fieldwork experience in medicinal, aromatic crops would be preferred.

  • Experience in the area of essential oil chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering/ technology would be preferred.

Recruitment Details

CSIR Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants invites application for various posts. Total 4 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number CRC PANT/AROMA PA/2023. The minimum age limit is 18 and the maximum age limit ranges to 35, depending on the specific post.
