Desirable: The Consultants with experience as faculty in the following areas related to the online courses which are to be developed by INGAF will be given preference:
Fundamentals of Government Accounting
Advance Government Accounting
Overview of Budget Preparation Process
Budget Execution and Monitoring by Ministries/ Departments
Overview of PFMS Functionalities
