ICMR National Institute of Medical Statistics invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Project Coordinator (Statistics) Non-Medical

Essential Qualification:

  • PhD degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Population Studies/Public Health with minimum 1 year of experiences in disease surveillance/public health epidemiology/public health research/ experience in NACP at National/State-level preferred. Or

  • Masters degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Population Studies/Public Health with minimum 3 years of experiences in disease surveillance/public health epidemiology/public health research/ experience in NACP at National/State-level preferred.

Desirable: 

  • Working knowledge of Biostatistics/Statistical Packages (Epi Info/SPSS/Stata etc.)/Microsoft Office

  • Publications in peer reviewed journal.

Post Name: Senior Research Fellow (Statistics)

Essential Qualification: 

  • Masters degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Population Studies/Public Health.

  • Knowledge of handling statistical packages for health data analysis.

Essential Work Experience: Two years research experience.
