Essential Qualification:

(i) Graduate degree from any recognised university.

(ii) Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas and stay in remote villages.
(iii) Ability to interact easily with Rural Communities.

(iv) Adequate Computer skills and proficiency in English.

(v) Knowledge of local dialect of Kamjong district will be an added advantage.
