National Institute of Urban Affairs invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Business Analyst

Essential Qualification:

(i) B.Tech/BE/MCA and post-graduate qualification required; post-graduate degree in management preferred

(ii) Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

(iii) Prior understanding of of micro-services, kubernetes and dockers

(iv) Demonstrated experience using various Project Management Tools

(v) Ability to convert complex requirements into simple solutions and present the same to technical teams

(vi) Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and maintain delivery standards

(vii) Ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) 3-6 years of work experience, with track record of high achievement

(ii) Demonstrated experience using various Project Management Tools.

(iii) Demonstrated experience in requirement-gathering & elicitation from clients

(iv) Demonstrated experience with documentation (User stories, BRD, FRD, Flow Diagram etc.)
