Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Population Studies/Public Health and allied fields
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in research projects, in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable. The candidate should have the necessary research skills of quantitative and qualitative data collection, data management, and analysis. Conversant in local language in addition to English. Well-versed in reporting and documentation. She/he shall have experience in conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge population. The candidate should be sensitive towards issues relating to HRG communities and PLHIVs.
Desirable: Knowledge of National AIDS Control Programme and programmatic evaluations
