Essential Qualification :
(1) A good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent of 55%, wherever the grading system is followed in Masters Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from Foreign University recognized by the Government of India.
(2) NET/SLET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor in Universities / Colleges / Institutions.
(3) Ph.D. degree of the candidate awarded in regular mode only;
