Post Name: Research Associate-I

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Experimental Nuclear/ High-Energy Physics from a recognized University.

Desirable: Candidates should have experience in any one or more of the following areas:-

• Detector development for High Energy Physics or Nuclear Physics Experiments.

• Simulation (GEANT, Garfield etc.) on detectors for High Energy Physics or Nuclear Physics Experiments.

• Theoretical understanding of Physics of Quark-Gluon plasma.

• Data analysis for High Energy Physics or Nuclear Physics Experiments.

Post Name: Project Scientist-I

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Experimental Nuclear/ High-Energy Physics or Masters degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Desirable: Candidates should have two years experience in any one or more of the following areas:-

• Instrumentation (both mechanical and electronics) for high energy physics/ nulcear physics detectors

• Development of automated data acquisition hardware and software for high energy physics/ nulcear physics detectors

• Procurement of high-end instruments in the area of high energy physics / nulcear physics

• Outreach programs related to mega science facilities in the area of high energy physics/ nulcear physics
