Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University invites online application from eligible candidates for admission in undergraduate/postgraduate and doctoral programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

Course name: Shiksha Shastri (Bachelor of Education)

Educational Qualification:

(i) Atleast 50% marks or equivalent grade in Sharti/BA (Sanskrit)/Acharya/MA (Sanskrit)

(ii) Those who are appearing for qualifying examination can also apply.

Course name: Shiksha Acharya (Master of Education)

Educational Qualification:

(i) Atleast 50% marks or equivalent grade in Shiksha Shastri/BEd (with Sanskrit Teaching Subject), and Shastri/BA (Sanskrit).

(ii) Those who are appearing for qualifying examination can also apply.

Course name: Vidyavaridhi (Doctor of Philosophy)

Educational Qualification:

Ph.D in Traditional Subject:-

Atleast 55% marks or passed with equivalent grade in Acharya in the concerned subject OR Atleast 55% Marks or passed with equivalent grade in MA (Sanstrit) in subject with specialization in the applied Shastra.

Ph.D in Education:-

Atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade in Shikshacharya/MEd or Acharya/MA (Sanskrit) with 55% marks or equivalent grade.

Ph.D in Yoga:-

Atleast 55% marks or passed with equivalent grade in Acharya (Yoga)/MA (Yoga) or Sankyayoga/Vedanta/Nephropathy
