Post Name: Project Associate -I/ Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification: Potential candidate should have B.Tech./M.Tech. in ECE / Material Science and Engineering or Master’s in Physics/Chemistry or equivalent degree with 70% marks (CGPA > 8). Valid NET or GATE score.
Desirable:
Good knowledge in solid-state device physics.
Experimental hand on thin film preparation and PV/photodetector device fabrications.
Fundamental knowledge on PVs, photodetectors, and LEDs desirable.
Knowledge on programming languages such as MATLAB or C++ also required (but not compulsory).
