Essential Qualification: Post graduate/Diploma in Craft Design/Fashion Design/ Product Design from a reputed University/Institute.

Essential Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in handling value addition development /market linkage for handmade products. Should have experience of designing, branding and marketing of handmade products..

  • Candidate must possess experience of hand holding of artisans.

  • Candidate with experience in enterprise promotion, based on craft of products would be given priority.

  • Candidates with experience of national/state level government institutions promoting Non-farm livelihood initiatives like exhibitions and buyer seller meet etc is desirable

  • Candidate must have good understanding of colors, themes, styles, and layouts.

  • Candidate must have artistic, creative, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Candidate must be proficient in English and Hindi and computer literate.

  • Working in RGAVP would be added advantage
