Essential Qualification:
Should be Graduate with PG Diploma in IRPM or MBA - HR with an adequate experience in General Administration/accounts and budgeting.
Should have 12 to 15 years of experience at a mine/large manufacturing establishment as the head of the department.
Preference may be given to short service commissioned officer from the Army/ Navy/ Air Force or equivalent from any other armed force of India.
