Department of Financial Services invites applications for the following post via Direct Recruitment:

Post Name: Chairperson

Essential Qualification:

• He is, or has been, a Judge of a High Court; or
• has been a member of the Indian Legal Service with ten years of experience in litigation and has held a post of Additional Secretary or any equivalent or any higher post for two years; or
• has held office as the Presiding Officer of a Debts Recovery Tribunal for three years
• The Chairperson of a DRAT shall hold office for a term of four years or till he attains the age of seventy years, whichever is earlier. Provided that a person who has not completed the age of ffiy years shall not be eligible for appointment as a Chairperson
