Essential Qualification :

(1) Minimum MBA(Tourism) or equivalent degree in tourism with minimum of 5 years of experience in Tourism/Eco Tourism/ Sustainable Tourism or projects in the Eco tourism domain. Candidates with higher qualification and suitable experience shall be given preference.

 (2) Relevant Masters Degree in Tourism with 5 years of experience in Eco Tourism/ environment / sustainability management/ tourism or similar.

Desirable :

(1) Relevant experience in handling Central/State Government Funded Tourism Destination Development Projects pertaining to sustainable tourism sector covering formulation, execution, implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of tourism and hospitality projects

(2) Experience of undertaking projects in India pertaining to tourism, hospitality industry, infrastructure development for State/ Central Governments

(3) Experience in working on projects related to sustainable development (Desired qualification)

(4) Excellent copywriting and creative writing skills

(5) Strong verbal and written communication skills

Post Name : Assistant Manager

Essential Qualification :

(1) Minimum MBA(Tourism) or equivalent degree in tourism with minimum of 2 years of experience in Tourism Tourism/Eco Tourism/ Sustainable Tourism or projects in the Eco tourism domain. Candidates with higher qualification and suitable experience shall be given preference.

(1) Excellent creative and copywriting skills.

(2) Strong verbal and written communication skills.

(3) Professional Experience/ Education in Tourism.

(4) Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, email marketing and social media management.

(5) International Exposure for outreach, public relations and networking.

(6) Experience with Graphic designing with special attention to detail.

(7) Full understanding of all social media platforms.

(8) Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
