South Asian University invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Postdoctoral Fellow

Essential Qualification:

  • Academic degree (Ph.D. or soon-to-be Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.

  • Solid hands-on experience in biomedical engineering and/or virus diagnostic tools development, particularly lateral flow immunoassay for the research and development of the rapid diagnostic kit.

  • Peer-reviewed publications including diagnostic and surveillance technologies of diseases.

  • Good communication skills in English and strong interpersonal/networking skills.

Essential Work Experience:

  • Experience in Diagnostic devices for viral detection.

  • Experienced with RDT kits, fabrication, and micro fluidity techniques

  • Experienced with Electrochemical device development for diagnostic purposes.

  • Experience in CRISPR/Cas and LAMP mediated diagnostic test kits research and development.

  • Academic degree (Ph.D. or soon-to-be Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.

  • Solid hands-on experience in protein chemistry and/or protein analysis technologies, particularly recombinant protein production and analysis (Äkta, SEC-MALS, calorimetry, etc.).

  • Peer-reviewed publications including protein chemistry and/or protein analysis technologies.

  • Good communication skills in English and strong interpersonal/networking skills.

  • Experience in Rapid Diagnostic Kits Research and Development.
