Indian Institute of Technology Ropar invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :
Post Name : Research Associate
Essential Qualification :
(1) Ph.D. (Engineering/Technology/Science) in Textile, Chemical, Materials, Polymers, Chemistry, or other relevant discipline.
(2) MTech/ME in Textile, Chemical, Polymer, Materials or other relevant discipline
Essential Work Experience : 3 years experience in research, teaching, and design and development after MTech/ME and at least one research paper in SCI journal
Desirable :
(1) Preference will be given to the candidates having excellent scientific writing skills and proven record of high-impact, first-author publications.
(2) Experience in the field of Electrochemistry, Sensing, and Electroanalytical techniques.
(3) Experience in the fabrication of Energy Storage and Conversion Devices (Fuel Cell, Electrolyser, Battery, Supercapacitors).
(4) Experience in synthesis of porous materials (MOF, COF, aerogels), multifunctional polymers, nanomaterials, quantum dots (QDs) by various methods.
