Essential Education Qualification : Holding analogous post on regular basis or 3 years regular service in Pay Level-8 of 7th CPC or equivalent or 8 years regular service in a post in the Pay Level-6 of 7th CPC or equivalent with adequate experience of work involving Research and Investigation in social sphere. Knowledge to operate computer is must.
