New Delhi Municipal Council invites applications for the following posts via Deputation :

Post Name : Medical Officer

Essential Qualification : 

(1) Officers under the Central/ State Govts/ Union territories/ University/ recognized research institution/ PSUs/ recognized or autonomous or statutory organizations:

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or

(ii) with three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in pay band -4 of pay scale of 37400-67000 plus grade pay of 8700 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; OR

(iii) with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in pay band-3 of pay scale of 15600-39100/- plus grade pay of 7600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department;

(iv) A recognized Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956;

(v) Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social and Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine or any public health qualification specified in any of the schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 from a recognized University/ Institution;

Essential Work Experience : Ten years practical and Administrative Experience in the field of public health after obtaining post graduate degree or 15 years experience after obtaining post graduate diploma mentioned at (ii) above.
