Post Name: Assistant Professor (Orthopedics)

Essential Qualification:

1. A postgraduate degrees in the concerned specially as mentioned Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications.

2. At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer/Registrar/Demonstrators/Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned specialty in any recognized Medical College.

3. M.S (Orthopaedics), M.Ch (Orthopaedics) Specialty Board of Orthopaedics Surgery, (USA).

Desirable Qualification:

1. Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

2. Publication of research papers in Index Journals.

Post Name: Assistant Professor (Community Medicine or Social and Preventive Medicine)

Essential Qualification:

1. A postgraduate degrees in the concerned specially as mentioned Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications.

2. At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer/ Registrar/ Demonstrators/ Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned specialty in any recognized Medical College.

3. M.D. (community Medicine), M.D (Social & Preventive Medicine), M.D. (Health Administration) Specialty Board of Social and Preventing Medicine (USA).

Desirable Qualification:

1. Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

2. Minimum of four Research Publications indexed in index Medicos or National Journal and one Research Publication in International Journal.

Post Name: Assistant Professor (Physiology)

Essential Qualification:

1. A postgraduate degrees in the concerned specially as mentioned Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications.

2. At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer/ Registrar/ Demonstrators/ Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned specialty in any recognized Medical College.

3. M.D. (Physiology) /MBBS with M.Sc.(Physiology)/ M.Sc. (Medical Physiology) with Ph.D (Medical Physiology) /M.Sc.(Medical Physiology) with D.Sc. (Medical Physiology).

Post Name: Assistant Professor (Gastroenterology and Hepatology)
Essential Qualification:

1. A postgraduate degrees in the concerned specially as mentioned Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications.

2. At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer/ Registrar/ Demonstrators/ Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned specialty in any recognized Medical College.

3. D.M. Gastroenterology 2/3 years course as recognized by M.C.I. after M.D. Medicine, or M.B.B.S. and 5 years direct course leading to D.M. Gastroenterology.
