Officers holding analogous posts working in Central / State Government / Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies
Officers holding the Pay Matrix Level-12 (78800-209200) with five years regular service in the grade in the parent cadre or Ministry / Department and should possess three years experience in Establishment / Personnel matters / Purchase / Finance etc
