Office of the Economic Adviser, Department for the Promotion of Industry invites applications for the following posts via Deputation

Post Name: Economic Officer

Essential qualification:

Officers under the Central Government:

a) 

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in thee parent cadre or department; or

(ii) with three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay marix of Level-6 (35400-112400/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or

b)

Master Degree in Economics or Commerce of a recognized University or Equivalent

Essential Work Experience: Two years experience of Economic Research/investigation.

Other knowledge: Basic Computer Efficiency

Desirable: Experience of Research in the field of Industrial Development
