Employees Provident Fund Organisation invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Welfare Officer

Essential Qualification: 

(i) Officers of EPFO, Central/State Government.

(ii) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or

(iii) With 03 years regular service in the Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs 9300-34800 with GP Rs 4200/-(pre revised) {Rs 5500-175-9000 (5 CPC)-Rs 1640-2900(4th CPC} or equivalent failing which with 08 year regular service in posts in the scale of Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs 9300-34800 with GP Rs 4200/-(pre revised) {Rs 5000-150-8000 (5th CPC)-Rs 1400-2600(4th CPC}

(iv) Post Graduate Degree/diploma in Social Service/Social Welfare/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology of a recognized University/Institution or equivalent,

Essential Work Experience: Three years experience in a responsible capacity in Social Work in a social welfare Department under the Central/State Government or in a recognized Voluntary Social Welfare organization.

Post Name: Junior Analyst/Research Assistant/ARO

Essential Qualification: 

(i) Officers of the EPFO failing which under the Central Government/State Govt/Universities/Recognized Research Institution /Public Undertaking /Statutory , Semi-Government or autonomous organization.

(ii) A degree of a recognized university or equivalent and

(iii) Holding analogous posts in Level-7 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs 9300-34800 with GP Rs 4600/-(pre revised) {Rs 6500-200-10500 (Sth CPC) or

(iv) Rendered at least 05 years of service in the post in level-6 in the scale of Rs Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs 9300-34800 with GP Rs 4200/-(pre revised) {Rs 5500-175- 9000 (5th CPC)

(v) Rendered atleast 08 years of service in the post in level-6 in the scale of Rs Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 Rs 9300-34800 with GP Rs 4200/-(pre revised) {Rs 5000-150-8000 (5th CPC).

(vi) Completed successfully or be eligible to undergo the advance management service course of the Institute of Work Study or a Comparable Training in any other recognized Institution.
