ICMR National Institute of Immunohaematology invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to Ph.D. Programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -
Course name: Ph.D Programme
Essential Qualification:
(i) Candiates who are Indian citizens and having post graduate degrees (M.Sc in Applied Biology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) with at least 60% or equivalent cumulative grade point average (CGPA) for General, OBC and EWS category and 55% for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates in aggregate (or equivalent grade).
(ii) Candidate should have cleared Ph.D entrance test (PET) conducted by the University of Mumbai in the subjects of Applied Biology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology.
(iii) Candidate should have cleared CSIR-UGC NET (JRF or LS) or GATE (Life Sciences/ Biotechnology) or JRF examination conducted by national agencies such as ICMR/DBT or SET (Life Sciences/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry) or Valid DST-Inspire fellowship.
