Post Name: Manager (Rajbhasha)/ Deputy Manager (Rajbhasha)

• Essential Qualification: 
  Full time Masters Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. OR

• Full time Masters Degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.

1. For appointment on Deputation: Officers should have service experience prescribed below in Rajbhasha Department in Government/PSU/JV Companies under Government control/Government Companies subject to the following:

(A) For the post of Manager (Rajbhasha) (E-2) Group-C employees holding post in PB-2/GP 4600/4800 (A/c) (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 7/8 (7th CPC) on regular basis.

(B) For the post of Deputy Manager (Rajbhasha) (E-1) Group-C employees working in PB 2/GP4200 (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 6 (7th CPC)

2. For appointment on Contract for Officers working in CDA/IDA Scales: Officers should have service experience prescribed below in Rajbhasha Department in Govt./PSU/JV Companies under Government control/Government Companies subject to the following:

(A) For the post of Manager (Rajbhasha) (E-2)

(i) For Officers working in CDA scale: Officers working in PB-2 + GP 4600 or PB-2+ GP 4200 (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 7/6 under 7th CPC for a period of 04 years.

(ii) For Officers working in IDA scale: Working in IDA scale of 20600-46500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 50000-160000 under 3rd PRC and having Minimum 05 years of Managerial / Executive level service experience. OR

Working in IDA scale of 16400-40500 (pre-revised) revised to 40000- 140000 under 3rd PRC for a period of 02 years and having Minimum 05 years of Managerial / Executive level service experience.

(B) For the post of Deputy Manager (Rajbhasha) (E-1): Officers should have service experience prescribed below in Rajbhasha Department in Government/PSU/JV Companies under Government control/Government Companies subject to the following:

(i) For Officers working in CDA scale: Officers working in PB-2 + GP 4200 (Pre-revised 6th CPC) Revised to matrix level 6 under 7th CPC for a period of 02 years. OR

For recruitment of Contract basis candidate should be working in supervisory role in concerned discipline in a Central Government Department/ Company under control of Government / Autonomous bodies on consolidated remuneration (non-CDA) for 04 years and having Degree in concerned discipline.

(ii) For Officers working in IDA scale: Officers working in IDA scale of 16400-40500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 40000-140000 under 3rd PRC. OR

Officers working in IDA scale of 12600-32500 (Pre-revised 2nd PRC) revised to 30000-120000 under 3rd PRC for a period of 02 years. OR

At least 4 years in consolidated remuneration (non - IDA) in the supervisory role in concerned discipline in a PSU/ Government Company /JV Company under Government Control.
