Post Name: Project Associate-I/II

Essential Qualification:

  1. B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Pharma / Masters degree in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology/Computational Science from the recognized University.

  2. B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Pharma / Masters degree in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology/Computational Science with two years of post-qualification research experience.

  3. Master degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology/ Microbiology / Zoology / Chemistry / Biochemistry or equivalent from the recognized University

Desirable:

  1. Familiarity with Molecular Modeling, Molecular Dynamics Simulation and visualisation packages (eg. GROMACS, AMBER, PyMol, Chimera). Coding or scripting experience (e.g. Python, PERL or C/C++) will be preferable.

  2. Preparation and processing of human clinical samples for DNA and RNA sequencing on Oxford Nanopore Minion platform.

  3. Management of in-house computational pipeline for Nanopore data.
