Office of Development commissioner for Handicrafts invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Deputy Director (Handicrafts)

Essential Qualification:

(i) Bachelors degree in design or fine arts (fashion or textile or apparel production) of four years duration from a recognized University or Institute with five years experience in the field of Handicrafts or Cottage or small-scale industry.

(ii) Diploma in fine arts (fashion or textile design) of three years duration from a recognized University or Board or Institute with seven years experience in the field of Handicrafts or Cottage or small-scale industry.

(iii) Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or public sector Undertakings or Universities or recognized research institutions or autonomous or statutory organizations:-

(a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(b) With five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment (thereto on a regular basis in level 10 in the pay matrix (56100-177500) in the parent cadre or department.
