Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Deputy Director General

Eligibility: Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR Officers with four years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 13 or above OR Officers from State/ UT Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous organization holding regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.

Essential Work Experience:

1. Four year degree in Engineering and Technology preferably in computer science, information technology, or electronics or Master degree in computer applications from an institution recognised by Government agencies.
2. Experience in larger scale ICT projects and / or other technical projects in the field of software development, data base management, networking etc.
3. Experience is Big Data, DevOps automation, Micro services architecture, Cloud and understanding of new technology domains like AI/MI., Block chain technologies, Computer vision etc.
