National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Associate Professor (Special Education)

Essential Qualification:

1. Masters Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks.

2. M.Ed Spl. Edn. in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade of B+ in 10- point scale of UGC or an equivalent degree from a foreign university recognized by RCI.

3. Ph. D in Special Education (Submission of thesis may be considered).

4. Should have completed at least 8 years of teaching experience as faculty out of which minimum five years should be in (MD/ASD/Db).

5. Should have completed at least one general orientation course and two refresher courses in education/special education of UGC.

6. Valid registration with RCI.

Desirable: Minimum 3 publications pertaining to Special Education in indexed journals and research experience.

Post Name: Senior Lecturer (Special Education)

Essential Qualification:

1. Masters Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% of Marks.

2. M.Ed Spl. Edn. (MD/ASD) with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade of B+ in 10-point scale of UGC or an equivalent degree from a foreign university recognized by RCI.

3. Should have completed at least three years of working experience in the specific disability out of which minimum two 2 years should be as faculty in the specific disabilities.

4. Valid registration with RCI
   

Post Name: Junior Lecturer (Special Education)

Essential Qualification:

1. Masters Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks.

2. M.Ed. Spl. Edn. (MD/ASD) with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade of B+ in 10-point scale of UGC or an equivalent degree from a foreign university recognized by RCI.

3. Valid registration with RCI.
