Essential Qualification:

• Post-Graduation in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related disciplines.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking in communication approaches and content development.

• Expertise in creating engaging and informative multimedia content for the website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.

• Proven ability to effectively handle and build capacities of teams and diverse stakeholders involved in project implementation.

• Good command on writing and speaking both English and Hindi languages. Knowing any other regional language will be considered positively.

Experience:

• At least 3-6 years of experience in communications, content creation, or digital marketing roles, preferably in the development sector or government agencies.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies, particularly for digital platforms and social media.

• Experience in developing creative communication strategies to engage diverse audiences and amplify the impact of initiatives.
