THDC India Limited invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Executive Director

Essential Qualification: 

  • Full Time BE/B Tech/BSc (Engineering) in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.

  • MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management / IR / Labour Welfare or Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PM and IR / Labour Welfare or Masters in Social Work or MHROD from recognized university / Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority.

Essential Work Experience: Post qualification executive experience of 27 years in Executive/Officer cadre in relevant area in a Government/Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute out of which minimum 2 years in immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). IDA pay scale 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 or equivalent level/post profile (Private Sector).

Desirable Qualification: LLB
